surprising GEM
redecorated rooms great pressure food variety full array
i found recent reviews to be too harsh. The rooms that have been redecorated are very nice. Showers offer great water pressure. I found a wide variety of foods to choose from. The restaurant provides a full array of dishes for lunch if you want more than a snack. The drink quality for the all inclusive option is surprisingly good as the beer is San Miguel.
The main beds were a bit firm. Additional put me up bed was much comfier. It was not what i am usually used to but for the price just before the school broke up for the holidays i did not complain.

The rooms included a tv with many channels and air conditioning worked VERY WELL. The beds felt firm, but i adjusted quickly. There was also a mini fridge stocked with water and soft drinks.

The staff was attentive to any need. Staff members consistently checked to make sure i was comfortable. The team responded fast when i requested additional pillows. They provided assistance with luggage storage.

The restaurant offered a wide selection of international dishes. I noted many options for vegetarians. The themed dinner nights included spanish, italian, and mexican cuisine. i enjoyed fresh fruit available at every meal.

i noted that there was a good-sized pool. Plenty of sun loungers are available near the pool. The fitness center contains updated equipment. i liked that The WIFI worked well.

The hotel is steps from the beach. A short walk took me to many local shops. Public transportation stops are near the hotel. Easy access made exploring other parts of the region very easy.

wide variety food variety security issue balcony door
the variety of food at lunch was relatively wide i found, with the restaurant offering more than just snacks.
The balcony door in my room did not lock. This presents a serious security issue and requires immediate attention from the hotel managment.
